Whether that be as a certified Ayurvedic Birthworker, a success story through our fertility program, or a Mama raising her babes Vedic, be immersed in an interactive learning environment based on holistic and spiritual women's traditions.
Ayurveda is nature wisdom for ALL daughters of the earth. Here we teach you how Ayurveda is for you - not just as a concept. We help you integrate Ayurvedic knowledge and practice into your life so you can establish a strong foundation of self-practice and become an expert at your own health, and in an easy enough format for anyone to understand. This foundation then becomes easy to share with others, in your work or in your family life.
The inner medicine that has been practiced by our grandmothers' and in ancient kitchens we now bring to our daughters. Reclaiming our herstory, in birth, in fertility, in caring for and teaching our babes. Here, we honour Mama Gaia and her wisdom we hold within, to empower our daughters for the way forward.

My vision is to ensure this healing modality is accessible to all women so that it becomes common knowledge. To help you understand the qualities of elemental nature and recognise simply, how Ayurveda is for you, not just as a concept - but as real-life mind-body experience.Â
