Castor oil packs are legendary in aiding womens reproductive health. - 1 x organic muslin basti/cloth (can be re-used upto 30 times)
- 1 x 250ml bottle of medicated castor oil 
- 1 x comprehensive instruction sheet
 
Instruction: 
Use old clothes and/or sheets as castor oil stains. Pour a small amount of herbal castor oil into a dish and warm over a water bath. Place the folded muslin cloth in the dish in castor oil until it’s saturated. Place warm oiled cloth over your lower abdomen and then apply the hot water bottle over the top of that. Cover with a towel, lay back and relax for 30-45 minutes. Remove the pack back into a dish/jar and clean your tummy with warm water and massage. You can store the muslin cloth castor pack in a glass jar/container in the fridge and reheat/reuse up to 30 more times.
 
** Castor oil packs should not be used during or after ovulation, or if you think you could be pregnant. They are ideal for your follicular phase if you are using these to promote fertility.
