SHIPPING

Orders received after 9am will be dispatched the following business day via regular Australia Parcel Post.

Shipping costs are calculated at the time of checkout, and is based on weight, dimensions and

destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected at the time of purchase.

This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

Please allow 2-7 business days to receive deliveries.

Once your parcel has been dispatched a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address.

You can track your parcel via AUSPOST TRACKING.

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

Please note: any adjustments or cancellations of orders must be made via email to hindibelle@outlook.com before 8:30am AWST the following business day. Any changes to the address after shipping has occurred will attract a fee of $20.

Please note; for international purchases, all local customs and taxes payable remain the responsibility of the purchaser.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Warranty returns:

All of our organic products are hand-finished according to the highest quality control standards and are quality checked before we send it to you. In the unlikely case of a faulty item however, we will gladly exchange the product within 3 days of purchasing. You will need to include your full contact details and address, order number and photographic evidence of the fault along with a brief description - emailed to hindibelle@outlook.com

Once our team has confirmed the return, please pack the item carefully and we will arrange for your faulty item to be returned to us and for a replacement to be shipped to you asap.

Please submit your return form and once the return has been confirmed by us, please pack your returns in the original packaging and make sure you include your name, email address and order number in the return and post to address provided on approval for return email.
