We are committed to helping lower our impact so we have developed a sustainability program to bring you a recycling initiative we hope you'll jump on board with.

As a responsible retailer, we don't like non-recyclable waste one bit and had to find a solution. So, now you can return your glassware beauty packaging* to us and we will wash, sterilise and refill your packaging with your same purchased products. In exchange for returning your packaging to us, we will credit your Hindi Belle account 10% of your order for being planet-friendly and helping our environment.

1.  What do I need to do?

​

Keep your delivery box (or another box) and start filling it up with empty glassware of purchased Hindi Belle organic beauty products. Make sure your containers are free of any residual product, labels or water. We only want to recycle the clean glassware and lids back to you. Please soak and remove stickers - these are biodegradable Kraft paper constituents.

2: Once your box is full or you would like to purchase additional products, write your name and email address on a piece of paper and put it in the box. Email hindibelle@outlook.com a list of your contents and you will be provided with a delivery address to forward your recyclable glassware.

​3: Once we receive your box and inventory the contents, we will add your discount to your Hindi Belle account (10% value for each of your products returned) and we will email you to confirm this. Please note, it is a requirement that your glassware is free of residual contents/stickers in order to receive the credit. If you don't have an account we will create one for you and add your credited amounts.

Q: How should I send it? 

 

Pack it in any box you have handy. Remember to make sure your bottles are free of residual product and clean. Ensure packaging is protected from breakage - broken glass cannot be recycled or credited. Remember to include your name and email address.

Q. Can I drop off my box to you? 

 

Of course, this is the preferred method, to reduce further packaging/wastage. Please email/text for prior arrangement.

Q. How do I make sure I get my Credit? 

 

Three key things:

- Include your name and email address;

- Make sure you send us product our product that we can re-use;

- Send your packaging without any residual product.

Tick those off, and you'll get the credit. If you leave any residual product in the packaging our team have to deal with it, so you don't get your credit. So help us to help you.

Q. When will you credit me? 

 

We will credit you within two weeks of us receiving your box.
